Join us in Nicaragua

In an effort to walk the talk and truly build meaningful relationships among the people that make up our company, we have organized an Integrity surf trip to Nicaragua in January 2024. We have rented a villa in San Juan del Sur, an amazing little surf town along Nicaragua's pacific coast. The house can comfortably fit 16 people and is a few min walk to the beach. This trip is meant to strengthen our bonds of friendship, reflect on our place in the world, develop ideas and create music together, surf some beginner and intermediate waves, eat great food, soak up the sun and discover more about who we are individually and as a company.
The Location
San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua
San Juan del Sur is a small coastal town on the Pacific Ocean, in southwest Nicaragua. The town is a popular vacation spot for many Nicaraguan families and well-known to the international surf community. It has a population of around 15,000 people and it set beside a crescent-shaped bay, which sends a constant flow of good waves.

Host Description
This exquisite experience will start with a warm and personal welcome for your party at the gates of the villa. Beyond them, a vast 20,000 square feet of space set over a two story villa will be all yours, situated in a gated development with electric fences, 24 hour security guards, and a housekeeper. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive.
There are so many features of this beautiful villa that will make your stay truly memorable. Let’s start with the quality of the interior, offering up different spaces in which to relax.
There are stunning views of the ocean and mountains to enjoy through pretty much every one of the huge windows, whether that’s from the main living room areas, where there are a combination of the finest sofas and hand crafted armchairs with HDTVs, or the different dining areas, one featuring a huge 12-seater circular dining table with room for everyone to sit down for a meal or games. A personal TV room to enjoy games and movies after a sunny day.

The whole villa is served by high speed Wi-Fi, so there’ll be no problem hooking up to Instagram and sending amazing pictures of your vacation to friends and family back home.
Everywhere you look there’s something to enjoy - a view to cherish, interior space to make the most of, a Nicaraguan hammock to settle back in and enjoy the breeze blowing in off the beach.
The Flow
of this trip
The villa fits 16 people total. We have it rented for 1 month from
Jan 05, 2024 - Feb 05, 2024.
You can join for a minimum of 1 week or more, up to 4 weeks.
For this trip, you handle your transportation plans for getting to San Juan del Sur. The best way is to fly to Liberia Costa Rica and then take a bus or taxi to the border, then another taxi to San Juan. A round trip flight should cost you no more than $600 CDN
The company is subsidizing the cost of the accommodations to make it more affordable for you to join.
Right now the prices (subject to change) are as follows:
1 queen bed (2 people to this room) - private room $395 each person for 1 week
1 single bed - shared room (shared with all Integrity people) $355 each person for 1 week
The bedrooms
Let’s head to the bedrooms next, and there are 7 in total. One Main room upstairs and six down stairs. Whichever one you stay in, you’ll wake up to wonderful views and be forgiven for thinking you’re still in dreamland.
Bedroom 1 - kingsize bed, air-conditioning, high speed wi-fi, cable TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, a sofa, plus a desk and chair.
Bedroom 2 - another queen size bed, with views of the mountains from the private balcony, air-conditioning, high speed wi-fi, cable TV, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, plus a desk and chair.

Upstairs also has a TV room with top of the line sofas, and a 60 inch HDTV for you to enjoy your series and movies.

Daily yoga classes will be available during our time spent in San Juan, both at our villa and the beach
Surf Lessons
For those of us that don't know how to surf, we will have an instructor to teach us!
Breathwork
Guided breath classes to connect with your inner cosmos
Music
Many of us are musicians - the jam sessions will be next level
Dancing
Body movement, ecstatic dance, dj by the pool are just a few of the events we will enjoy
